Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is designed to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings related to ADHD, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change. This approach often incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and can be particularly beneficial when addressing issues in family counseling, improving relationships, and utilizing trauma-informed therapy techniques.

Couples Counseling

Often, we replay old habits, especially in relationships, no matter how hard we try to change. Couples counseling, including approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, can help identify the activation points related to ADHD and create new responses. This process results in improved communication and builds a stronger, more satisfying relationship, particularly when informed by trauma-informed therapy principles.

Family Counseling

Family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues, including those arising from ADHD, neurodiversity, chronic illness, or other interferences. By utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma informed therapy, changing expectations can lead to better experiences and greater satisfaction within family relationships.

Child & Adolescent Counseling

Child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and ADHD. These services often incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma informed therapy to address various mental health concerns. Regularly scheduled family counseling sessions with parents are expected for children under 12 to support healthy relationships and provide comprehensive care.

Parenting the Neurodiverse Child - Parent Group

Join our online, 4-week therapist-led educational and support group designed for parents of neurodiverse children, including those with ADHD. This ongoing program focuses on family counseling and utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help strengthen relationships. Our trauma-informed therapy approach ensures a safe space for discussing challenges and strategies. The next group begins on January 15 from 8 AM to 9:15 AM, and the cost is $325 for 4 weeks.
